MPCS™ (Modular Plate Carrier System) is an Hinge™-based system developed by PSIGEAR™ that consists of a front back set, a cummerbund, Molle panels, and pouches. The configuration of the plate carrier can be rapidly altered to meet the complex needs of specific tasks, as well as provide a free combination between the plate carrier front and the bags carried.It is flexible and convenient and meets the needs of various missions.
PSIGEAR™ developed the MPCS™, an Hinge™-based system, which consists of a front back set, a cummerbund, a Molle panel, and pouches. A plate carrier can be configured in a wide variety of ways to meet mission-specific requirements, allowing for a variety of configurations and combinations of the bag carried. It’s easy to use and flexible, so it can handle a wide range of missions.
An external part of the armor is made of Cordura® 500D and SQUADRON™. The Velcros on the top of the front side can be applied to patches. There are 45-degree PTT-hole sites on the sides that parallel the hypotenuse of the armor, which takes full advantage of the space but does not impede shoulder movement. Both sides of the lower part contain a lasercut hole, making it easy to install QASM buckles and Molle panels. The lower section has 8 velcro loops, allowing convenient connection to Molle panels and comfortable use with velcro cummerbunds. With 8 independent Velcro straps, durability is increased—even if there is a split seam from vandalism, the armor will still be safe. The back panel is generally consistent with the chest design, making it possible to buy easily replaceable Molle panels. Accompanying the armor are velcro- and elastic-band structures, which self-adjust to fit the plate. You can attach Velcro to various mesh pads for additional comfort.

Rolling with AR500 (branded) LIII+ 12×10 plates currently.
Fits well, I’m 6.5ft and shoulder adjusts to cover my vitals.
Adjusting the shoulder straps is /kinda/ annoying but it’s not something that you need adjustments on constantly (Even with ~20lbs of plates.) I was running around with it and it didn’t move an inch.
